With new golf course development slowing, we have focused much of our design efforts towards the renovation and/or restoration of existing courses. We have found this market to be rewarding to both the architect and Client. There are many opportunities to give these properties a face-lift and help increase revenues. The proper meshing of the past and the present is what makes remodeling such a complex, but rewarding challenge.
