Preliminary Design service shall include the review and agreed upon necessary changes and appropriate revisions to the existing golf course. This review shall examine issues such as, but not limited to, compatibility of the plan with the Corps of Engineers, Department of Game & Fish, or any other local or federal government agency jurisdictional requirements. Also, all golf course design issues and adjacent real estate relationships will be evaluated. The result of this exercise will produce a master plan drawing with the final golf course corridor location established, preliminary score card yardage, master drainage plan, schematic mitigation plans, project development parcels defined, preliminary project earthwork estimates, project development phasing plan, and construction cost estimates.
