Actual preliminary design of the golf course will occur in this phase, including preliminary clearing, grading plans, drainage plans, and any necessary mitigation plans required for governmental agency submittal and compliance.

The result of these efforts will produce a comprehensive master plan rendering that will show the 18-hole golf course ­ complete with tees, greens, bunkers, fairways, roughs, cart paths, native areas, practice areas, associated facilities, adjacent real estate relationships, drainage concepts, mass excavation calculations, and associated construction cost projections.
