First opened in 1997, Longbow was completely redesigned in 2003 to accommodate development by the club's new owners. While par and yardage both received boosts, unchanged is the core golf experience, with no homes or roads on the interior. Traditionalists will be pleased that tees and greens are sited in classic Golden Age style, making it an ideal walker's course. Artistically sculpted bunkers, transition areas landscaped with desert flora and eye-pleasing mountain views are among the visual highlights at this "playable-for-everyone" layout east of Phoenix.
